Exchange & Returns Policy
Refund policy – If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, were here to help:
Exchanges – Only offered if an item/s are damaged or unfit for purpose. Please note all exchanges will be made in discretion once items have been returned and inspected. You will then be informed in 7 working days. You will be responsible for the returned delivery costs and we recommend proof of postage or signed for. All Items go through quality control before being posted.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery for us to receive your returned box. To be eligible for a return, the box must be unopened and all items unused in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. You will need to provide reference number for the order and recommend proof of postage or signed for with a completed returns form which can be requested via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or the contact us page.
Refunds – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you the status of your refund in 7 working days after returned item has been received. If your refund is approved the payment will automatically go back on the card you used to purchase after the 7 working days.
Shipping – Shipping costs are not refundable and if returning you will be responsible of covering the postage.
